Dr. Oscar Eduardo Flores Woods is originally from Culiacán, Sinaloa. He studied the career of Medical Surgeon at the Autonomous University of Sinaloa. After finishing the Internship and his Social Service, in 2011 he entered the specialty of General Surgery at the Hospital General de México Dr. Eduardo Liceaga. In 2014, he entered the subspecialty in Aesthetic and Reconstructive Plastic Surgery at the General Hospital of Mexico;

I mean Dr. Flores has a training of 14 years of studies and experience given by several of the most respectable and recognized institutions in the country for being excellence and avant-garde in medical care.
